SaveOnPhone.com provides a great way to compare international long distance rates. We've analyzed the 350 different long distance plans based on the five most frequently called countries from the United States (Mexico, Canada, Philippines, England and India) and ranked them based on an unbiased scoring system. We simply added up the rates and subtracted them from 160 to give a rough estimate of the lowest providers. International rates are extremely hard to rank since there are so many countries.
