New App Will Help Families Move

Moving Families Initiative, an international group that helps relocate families with children 19 and under, has created a new mobile app to make moving easier. The app will give families access to real estate professionals and other resources from their smartphone.

The goal is to make moving less stressful for families by helping them find affordable housing, economic opportunities, high-quality education and extracurricular activities. There are also resources to help kids deal with the physical and emotional challenges of changing friends, schools and neighborhoods.

“We’re very excited about the release of the new mobile app,” said former L.A. Rams NFL All Pro, Johnnie Johnson, CEO of World Class Coaches. “This app allows consumers to more easily connect to the Moving Families Initiative Connectivity Platform when the need to move arises. Virtually every resource you need for a safe and successful family move can be accessed from your mobile device.”

Johnson also encourages teachers, coaches and school counselors to use the app so they can assist kids and their families.

The app will be available for iPhone and Android devices.
